Worst service ever. Right before 3am I placed my mobile order so I could grab the food on my way home, I was there by 3:05. I... pulled in and got into the drive thru, and when the lady asked what I was getting I informed her I was picking up my order. Shetold me come around to the 2nd window. I did, and then proceeded to have to wait 11 minutes before a manager came up and told metheir system was down. I said that was ok I could show them my order. After I showed him my order he told me he was unable tomake my food because they were only making breakfast foods now. I know that's a lie as I have been through this mcdonalds plentyof times with my work partner and we know they start serving breakfast at 4am, not only that but I've always worked night shiftso I've have eaten there several times at right around the same time. I proceeded to cancel my order and leave. This isn't thefirst time I've had a bad experience here, but this is the one that made me decide to leave a review and never come back. Read more

I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru. The line didn't move for that long and people were waiting even longer than that before... me. I thought this place was supposed to be 24/7 all the time, not 24/7 EXCEPT for at 1 am. If you're not going to be 24 hourfor the entire 24 hours, then don't advertise that. Very rude workers and lazy. My order was missing a frappe and they tried to make me pay to replace it. Not only that they gave... me PLAIN burgers instead of Mcdoubles with cheese. I recieved cold stale fries and they still wanted to be rude and tell me gothrough the app to get a refund. No ma'am yall need to do your job ! If you don't want to work then get out of fast food ! Horrible customer service and literally everything I requested they were out or didn?t have the quantity I requested. Then when... finally settling on a quantity they had I get to the window and they tell me they don?t have that quantity after all, smdh.Additionally, they just letting people hop on line in front of people who were already waiting.
