Take to long for ordering, they always say something is wrong with system after they service a car or two parking after me. I... left several times and started going to the next Sonic. The manager was great to refix my order a couple of times. It can use acomplete makeover and update systems and hopefully more staff. Read more
I ordered on the app. Checked in at 8:30 and received my two items at 8:47. No wag cups. When I asked why she said GM didn't... want to have them. Last time I was there I ordered unsweetened tea. Got to work and couldn't figure out what it was. Like halfcoke and half tea. No idea what it was. Read more
After placing our order it took 30 minutes to get a chili cheese Coney and a small boneless chicken combo. Once we got our combo... the slush was half melted and the boneless chicken bites didn't have hardly any sauce on them at all some of them had no sauceand so the CarHop took it back in to remake it. I stopped another car hop to ask her to speak with her manager about how long ittook and she was so rude. I asked her her name and apparently she gave me a fake name because whenever I walked it to the doorto speak with the manager myself the manager didn't know who I was talking about. I'm giving this one star simply because atleast my food was hot. And my CarHop Kayleigh was nice. Read more
When I go to this particular Sonic on Church Rd in Horn Lake I always ask for a blast. Well at first I would ask for the cookie... dough blast but there would be two or three pieces of cookie dough in it. Then on another visit I asked for extra cookie doughand there was still only 3 or 4 pieces in it. They are very very skimpy on adding the ingredients that comes with the averageblasts. They give you just ice cream with hardly any of the ingredients such as cookie dough, or oreo pieces. Even when yourwilling to pay for extra. They are extremely skimpy on the ingredients that goes with the blast. Now this has happened at thislocation, because it's close to my house, multiple times. You do not get what you pay for. The service is good but as far astheir deserts that's a big fail. The hamburgers are very bad I will never order another burger from any sonic period. Afteryear's of going to this same Sonic on Church Rd and to watch them slowly go down hill I have decided this is my last visit. Yournot getting your money's worth, and the pictures of the blasts on their menu loaded down with ingredients is not what you willget. What you see is not what you're going to get. Service is great. The young ladies are great but the product is not what itused to be. You just get a cup of ice cream with a piece or two of oreos or cookie dough. Good service does not exist anymore. Read more
This is what they serve to children. Smashed, cold burgers. I brought it back and got treated poorly by management before even... explaining what was wrong with the food. Please pay better attention to what you send out for children. Read more
I ordered our lunch mobile app.. we waited almost 30 minutes thinking that the wait was so long because of the chicken... sandwiches. I expected all of the food to be fresh somewhat. I checked the bag I ordered onion rings which they were out and wegot cold fries instead. I checked the tator tots and they were so greasy they fell apart when trying to pick them up. Themozzarella sticks had 3 fresh sticks out of the 3 orders I paid for. Chicken sandwiches were either burnt or still frozen in themiddle. Basically I wasted $40 worth of food. No one ate any of the food and kinda upset that I basically wasted my money. Read more
We ordered the food via mobile app. Came to 5he establishment got our food in timely fashion (approx. 5 mins).We checked the... large onion rings and the bag was less than half full. This is a normal occurrence at this particular sonic. We dinged the belland asked for a full bag of these onion rings, and she didn't respond. While I was waiting in my car having a conversation. Sheabruptly said "We making sum fresh" (this was ten minutes after receiving our food). After I asked for a refund because I didn'twant the burger and the onion rings, again she stood silent (5 mins).The manager spoke to me and called me a sir twice afterbeing corrected. I ordered 3 different combos and the all sandwiches is nice and hot.The fries that came with the food was cold and nasty.I ask... for the fries to be replaced and I waited almost 20 mins to get better fries.Only for them to bring out cold fries with no heaton them at all.I really think they made my kids and I wait kn purpose. I never truly understood why ppl want to work with thepublic but,really don't want to. You don't have to stay in the fast food world if you're unhappy.I won't be coming back to thislocation unless it's for something that's meant to be COLD!!!
