Came in mid-afternoon, not a long line in the drive thru, was in and out in less than five minutes. Gracie was very friendly,... kind, and courteous as she made our drinks. She went above and beyond in her care for our order. I appreciate her kindness andmy RED CUP! Who would?ve thought it possible in this day and age that you could still have pleasant experiences in a drive thru!Last time we came to this location and it was busy, they had a young man outside taking orders with an iPad and moved us throughquickly like (Chick-fil-A) does, so well done twice. Very unhappy customer I was waiting in line for 20 minutes after I pay for my food and I still have not received my latte so I... asked for a refund and left. At the time of my arrival, the store was not very busy in the inside Nor outside. With that beingsaid, I am 10 minutes late for work. Thanks, Starbucks. Read more
It?s in a good location but they?ve gotten my order wrong so many times and try to argue that it?s what you ordered. I have zero... problem with the one in Horn Lake and the other one in Southaven next to the theatre. Read more

I ordered on Uber Eats for delivery and I was given a half cup of coffee. The coffee was not spilled in my bag. This coffee is... too expensive to only receive a half cup. I would like a refund. Read more
I never have complicated drink orders like other people but whenever I request light ice, I get a cup full every single time. =/

Ordered on the app. Drive thru was closed. Went in to pick up my drinks and they weren't very hot. They didn't have a stopper... or sticker to help retain heat. So they were warm but not hot. Read more
