After spending 57.86 to feed the family I didn?t have a good experience at all. The manager was obviously upset about it being a... big order. I might as well have order six veggie delights because there was barely any meat on the sandwiches. I won?t bereturning. The other two workers were really nice about it tho, I appreciate those two gentlemen. Read more

Service was slow and rude. Waited 5 minutes for them to assist 1 customer ahead of me with 1 sub. Cashier was quite rude. We... don't take coupons after 2 footlongs are already bagged. I asked where is the sign? "You should have asked me before sandwichwas made" No apology. The franchise is responsible for the false advertising and needs to post a sign if coupons are notaccepted. I came at 8:40 and when I got home and ate it I chewed on something cloth like and inedible and had to pull it out of my teeth... and it was a dark gray cloth material. Never had issues with this subway before. Everybody seemed irritated that I came in rightbefore close, even though I asked ?do you close at 9 or 10, I can come back tomorrow if I need to? (the open sign was onotherwise I wouldn?t have bothered.) again, I?ve never had an issue here until tonight. I am horrified and will not eat subwayfrom this location or ANY subway ever again. I didn?t think much of it until I chewed on the dirty Grey black blown material,but the woman (I?m guessing the wife of the owner) made my sandwich and I saw her reach into the spinach container even though Ididn?t request spinach and picked one singular substance out and threw it into my sub (i even stopped speaking and lookedclosely to try and see what it was but couldn?t see anything through the foggy streaky glass) so I just continued, made mypurchase and left assuming she accidentally dropped a banana pepper or something and fished it out. Like I said, I wouldn?t havethought about it again until I bit into my sub about four inches in to my foot long and realized I was chewing on an inediblesubstance. I hope I don?t get sick. Read more

Asked that the excess grease from the bacon be dabbed with a napkin. Didn't want a greasy sandwich. The preparer put the... greasy bacon on my sandwich and dabbed it into the bread!!! Pitiful! Even after I said something she didn't apologize. Firstand last visit. Read more

I had an extremely poor experience today at the Subway located at 450 Stateline Road, Southaven, MS 38671. I ordered three meals... and upgraded to deluxe meat on all three orders. Neither the Steak and Cheese Sub or the Grilled Chicken protein bowl that Iordered seemed to have deluxe meat. But more importantly, the Spicy Italian Salad absolutely had no meat! I called the store toalert them of the missing meat in the salad, and they asked that I bring it back. At the time that I called it was very close toclosing time, and we stay nearly ten miles away from this location. Secondly, this was my wife?s dinner?she had to haveSOMETHING to eat tonight. Since I couldn?t bring the salad back, they insisted that I was not telling the truth about themissing meat, and they refused to correct the order. I have been a frequent customer at this location, however, I will not bereturning here if this is the customer service that is offered for a mistake that THEY made! Read more
