We ordered food for four people 3 crave boxes and 2 cheese quesadillas. First complaint none of the food was marked, so since... we ordered different types of the same items we had to open and unfold each burrito to identify our food. The burritos weresmall with a small amount of unidentifiable stuff inside it was , my burrito Supreme (is the picture included) I didn't eat itlooked like pureed goop. An hour and 3 minutes in a drive thru line is beyond unacceptable. If you don't have enough staff( 2 employees on duty) to... properly serve the public reasonable shut it down!!!!! First time to order online which was pretty easy. Short wait time in drive thru for p/u, good friendly, and accurate service.... Nice bldg. I drove farther to go to this taco bell in Olive Branch on Goodman Rd as I was told that it was better than closerones near me on Stateline rd, Southaven and Goodman Rd in Horn Lake. It was good. Mann I will never go back to this taco bell again ! I order from the app and when they ran out of Mexican pizzas. I cancel my... order but the app took my money anyway so I call the store to talk to anybody and the guy was so rude and got attitude with me !How I am suppose to know you have nothing to do with the app ! Ordered multiple different items, , and all looked like they were placed in a blender before going in hardshell or burrito. . I... literally couldn't tell the difference in foods except for the Mexican pizza. Sent the entire family running to the bathroom. Read more
