We have gone here many times with our entire family and spent $100+ each time. Unfortunately the past few times we?ve stopped... in, we?ve seen a decline in the quality of service including last night. We ordered 3 pizzas and a large order of wings. Wegot 2 our pizzas about an hour after we ordered and the 3rd about 20 minutes later. We had to ask about the wings. The food wasdescent. While our server was very kind and apologetic, it?s still a bummer to try to quell unhappy, hungry kids. They wasnothing from the manager. There were only 2 other tables in the restaurant(which came in after us and we?re served well aheadof us) and 5 people working. Turns out they had given all our pizzas to a take out customer and we heard nothing from themanager. He took $10 off the $200 bill. It was Moms birthday. I've been going to 3 guys ever since they opened and only one time I was slightly disappointed. It was especially busy and... things seemed to be a bit chaotic. I waited just over an hour to get my pizza but I'm an understanding person and enjoyed abeer as I waited. It is my birthday and I'm about to order. We have been here several times for lunch and they were good. Went in today about 4 o?clock the pizzas were cold when we told... the server about it she told us they make several pizzas in the morning and they sit there and they don?t throw them away until5 o?clock in the afternoon. That doesn?t sound good. They were so bad we could not eat it. No one seem to care that the pizzaswere bad, didn?t offer to redo it didn?t offer to give our money back they were all sitting behind the counter laughing andtalking and having a good time. The first time eating here it was the best pizza I had ever eaten but rhe second time it was truly the worst pizza ever. The... bell peppers tasted like cucumbers and made the whole pizza nasty. $40 for a single pizza is not worth rolling the dice. Read more

This has been our go to pizza place for the last three years in this area. The staff is polite and accommodating and the food is... pretty good. It's a nice place to grab some food and watch a game, or just go hang out with the family. Not the best ever butconsistently good food, that said, I would have to say their garlic knots are probably tied for the best I have ever had, theyare tops for sure! Always delicious pizza! We ordered the carnivore this time (all the meats) and it was very yummy. Service was great as well.... I've never had a bad experience here. Great place for the kids to visit. They have "make your own pizza" and video games in theback for them. Read more
