This location is very busy.exspecially the drive-thru. With that being said; it seems to me that the drive-thru has taken top... priority at this location over people who choose to walk in which I feel is not right to the customers who are trying to savetime by avoiding the long line in drive-thru. I personally stood in this store and waited 13 min before my order was even takennever mind paying and preparing the order which was another 12 minutes. So my time at this location was 28 min. I asked for a crescent with only sausage and cheese. No egg because I'm severely allergic. The guy yelled it to everyone so they... knew, which was fine. I get to my destination this morning and open it and this is what I got. Avoiding DD on main st inSouthbridge from now on. ???? Read more

How can they get confused with two simple things? I just went to this store and I ordered 1 small hot chocolate milk with just... a little bit of sugar and a regular glazed donut and they did everything opposite. I don't typically review chains, since they're all made to be fairly uniform and ubiquitous, but I do have to tip my hat to... Dunkin Donuts who has some of the best and most consistently good coffee in the region. I know I am biased being a NewEnglander, but the staff is always friendly the service is always fast and when I'm in the mood for a medium toasted almondregular, cream and sugar I know I will get a coffee that I will enjoy when going to Duncan's! I go to the Main St DD almost everyday usually once in the morning and sometimes in the evening. The morning are usually pretty... good. But some the the evening crew need to pay attention I ALWAYS get decaf and milk. And I ALWAYS ask if it's decaf and ifit's milk. First they look at the sticker and sees what it says, then the ignorant ones will say that's what the sticker says..... NO that's not the question.... The question is IS IT DECAF AND IS IT MILK!? The it's usually every 4/10 days it's wrong!!I understand they're busy and fast paced but with the prices of things these days and the amount they're getting paid which ispretty good, they should be getting it right every time!!!
