My wife and always order the same thing because we love their steak and cheeses. Except this time, we order abd we get the wrong... size grinders. So i call to have this fixed and was told to bring in the grinders and they would then charge me the differencefor the larges. The clerk was pretty rude over it. I understand they are busy with limited staff, but i clearly stated i wanted2 large ones. And I thought i paid for 2 large ones already. It was their mistake so i am expected to pay more for it now? No.They just lost a regular. Go to Great Oak instead. They are amazing. How the hell is it okay to bring back touched food andexchange it? What do they plan on doing with it? Reselling it? The servings have gotten a lot smaller over the last year withmuch higher prices. Read more
