Does the management at the Southbury location even care? Like at all? I've tried to give this location multiple chances, but... this has to be one of the dirtiest and ill kept establishments that I has been to. It's almost unbelievable. I mean all thetables and floors in the seating area are filthy, even when they aren't busy. Behind the counter where is food is prepared iseven worse. food and trash all over the counters and floor. On each visit I see zero effort from any employee to make anyattempt at cleaning. instead they are all chatting away in the kitchen area. It is beyond ridiculous. I've worked in kitchensbefore, if the area visible to customers is that bad, then you better believe the area you can't see is worse. To top it off,on our $15 bowl, there was maybe a spoonful of chicken, 60% rice, and almost zero veggies. complete waste of money whencompared to literally any other Chipolte that I have ever been to. They close whenever the workers (who let you know how much they hate the place) feel like, randomly hours before. But like the... other review most workers make you feel like a burden for showing up. Floor and tables are covered in garbage. The food is theworst of many locations. Its a disgrace to the franchise and to southbury. Don?t even bother online ordering lol. Read more
Place was disgustingly dirty. Trash all over the floor. Not a single person in there. 4 team members just chatting behind the... counter. I?ve never seen anything like this!!! Will never return. This place is a true disgrace to Southbury. I keep trying to give them another chance but it gets worse with each passing month.... This past weekend I stopped in. As usual, the floor was covered in trash and debris. The tea and soda area was in totaldisarray. I get in line and patiently wait. As we reach the front I see that there really isn?t much food left in their buckets.I watch as the guy in front of me is told he will only get half a scoop of white rice and the rest will need to be brown as theyare almost out . When I arrive to the counter I explain I need two bowls of white rice and I see they are running low, so Idon?t mind waiting for the next batch. Cue blank stares. Finally i cut through the silence and say there will be another batchcoming out right? To which I was informed that in fact ?NO - no more rice, chicken, steak, veggies etc will be made bc there areonly 4 of them working and as I could see- three of them are already up front.? This location closes at 10p and it was justabout 8:45p. There was a line at least 7 deep behind me. Where was this elusive 4th person he said was working? And why weren?tthey making more of what they were out of? I guess for the remainder of the night, they would only be serving queso. I?ve saidit before and I?ll say it again- this place is a disaster. They are in desperate need of good management or at least managementthat is present. In this case they could have allocated 2 employees to the back and 2 to the front. Might take a bit longer forservice but at least there would be food to sell- considering this is a food establishment. Such a disgusting and disappointingplace. Read more

WASTE OF $14! First of all this dish barely has any rice or chicken. Its a bowl of tomatoes. Absolutely atrocious. Secondly they... were out of chips (i prepaid on the app). They offer me a drink when i paid $4.70 for chips and queso. This dish was inedible.What an absolute waste if $$. Its already overpriced, and this bowl was DISGUSTING. I want mostly rice and chicken, not a bowlfull of tomatoes. Even worst i wasted $4.70 on chips and queso.. THE APP SHOULD TELL YOU THAT ITEMS UNAVAILABLE!!! Thats whatother apps do for places that don?t rob you for your $$. I will be complaining to corporate to get my $15 back for thisgarbage. AVOID. Read more
As shown in the pictures, this is a very nice location with a modern and sleek design. I love this Chipotle, the service is... amazing! I can feel how friendly the work environment is, and I love coming here for a great meal. Being able to watch them makethe food in the back is great, since it ensures that everything is made fresh. The staff are very welcoming, and one of myfavorite employees (shown in the third picture) is Abby. She is always so welcoming with a ?Welcome to Chipotle, what can I getstarted for you??. She makes my order perfectly correct every time, and is always happy to help with any problems. Overall, thisChipotle has great service, and I enjoy getting food here from time to time! Read more
