Sorry but it?s disturbing that this DD on Main Street in Southbury,CT would serve us two sesame bagels that were so hard we... couldn?t even take a bite out of them!!! I only wish I was exaggerating !! Also I ordered strawberry cc and he barely put ANYcream ch on my bagel. My friend ordered extra butter and had the same issue. It?s a shame because we are traveling back to PAand already got on the turnpike before I realized what had happened to us or I would have returned the bagels. I had to throw mybreakfast away my friend pulled his apart to try to chew it!!! Please train your people not to serve hard stale bagels. Read more
A convenient Dunkin' Donuts for those traveling on interstate 84 looking for an easy on and off. It is located in Southbury CT.... right off of exit 15 in a small shopping center off a side street. Food and service were standard for a Dunkin' donuts. Thoughthe two times I've been in there it's been very busy, service times were reasonable. There was plenty of parking. One note, Idid not notice on either visit a drive thru, that might discourage some visitors. Read more

Last time I went, I had great service and it?s easy on/off the highway.
Service is horrible go to Starbucks or the one down the street by strongtown rd much better service. I asked for a medium hot... coffee with milk and sugar two others gentlemen came in after me an ordered how is it they got there order before me then when Iasked where?s my coffee to the register girl she acted like I was never there at all ready to take my order again like wth iswrong with the workers do they need training or something they are in a customer service industry if you cannot learn to takecare of customers then go work in a factory in the background where you deal with nobody and the coffee was trash took one sipand threw it out never going back there again ruined my day it was overfilled and the cup on the outside was ruined with coffeespillage great way to start my day thank you! ????????????????????????
