I frequent this location daily. There has been signs on the door we are closed due to noone available to open. Been days when... no cream was available. Also days when registers are updating and can't get service. Come in 20 min before 7pm and the maleemployee says I can't serve you because we are counting the register. Guess my money is no good. Destiny and Tanisha keep theplace rolling along with Serina and Tabitha. Hope the new manager does better than the last one Christina whom was Disrespectfulto me on many accounts. Worst d d I have ever been to.short handed very rude lady with limp.comained about all my drinks .talked about other employees... out loud to customers .no bagels waiting 17 min to order and another 20 for drinks. Read more

Lately my experience at most Dunkin's is the same..coffee made wrong and inappropriate talk or arguing occuring while a counter... person is taking my order. I was the only one at the counter at the time I placed my order in the young man couldn't make mycoffee properly because he was too busy discussing with his manager whether he was going to be there to close or not..definitely compels me to make my own coffee save the money and avoid the frustration. Doors were locked 20 min to 6 today. Otherwise, service is always friendly and good.

Must have been a new employee.... didn't know what he was doing. Breakfast sandwiches on bagels were burnt and by the time he... put the cream cheese on one the bagel was cold. Same with the sausage egg and cheese. I will not go back Read more
