I have had multiple negative experiences at this particular subway. I hate to write negative reviews during this time of covid... but the owner here is so nasty every time I go in. Last night he even yelled at my husband to get out because it was 10 minbefore closing. Additionally they rarely have products on hand. Many times they don?t even have bread for sandwiches. I amdisappointed but thankfully there is another shop in the next town with excellent service. Read more
Wasn't very happy with the staff very rude and wouldn't expect my coupons from subway app. This was my 2nd time going there to... give them another chance but they just got worse. 1 employee said a rude remark about us customers to the other employee and weall heard it. Mobile ordering did not work. Service was above excellent! I ordered a roast beef wrap expecting it would be medium rare, but... instead it was medium well. I would not recommend the roast beef. Price was reasonable. Read more
This Subway is the best!! I have known Mike for many years and he really has his act together. His management skills and hard... work are beyond perfection. The employees are A+ , very customer conscience and polite. Cleanliness is never an issue and thefood is always fresh. I have been to other Subways and none compare to Southbury. Read more
