Fast to bring out appetizers. Drinks and food took forever. 1 dish was served incorrectly but we had been there so long-tgere... was no sending it back. Another meal wasn't brought out. Then waitress comes out and asks if they can just serve fries first adhave to cook burger. We said no - take off billthen miraculously it showed up and we were told it had been prepared but not puton Tray. Food was cold - all of it so it was sent back and told to take off bill. No one ever came over to check especially whenthere were multiple complaints. We had asked to have tv changed to a particular football game that was done, but a fight was onwith sound. We were only ones in the room we were sitting in we were told the game couldn't be played with sound. Every time weasked something with tvs - the sound was turned up. It was deafening. Went here to watch the Carolina football game, after all we are in North Carolina. Apparently they don't put the Carolina game... over the sound system because a group of OSU fans meet to watch the game on Saturdays so there's "nothing they can do about it."I wonder if an Ohio bar would be playing anything other an the OSU game, and what would they tell me if I asked them to switchit to the team I root for? Drove over 60 miles round trip just to eat at BWW. For as empty as it was, it took close to 10 minutes to get our drinks after... ordering them, they messed up one order then they said it would be 12 more minutes to fix it. They forgot part of another. Read more
Prepared to have a nice simple dinner with my bf. The area they seated us was so cold had go bk 2 car to get 2 hoodies. Placed... order 10 wings 2 fries burger... Food was served at 45+ min wait. After the manager n crew watched n passed by...no iseverything ok. Finally waitress returned after the couple nxt to us were already frustrated of waiting on their check. Foodarrives..... well of course I'm missing something... ask for check after few mins of eating freezing in the area. Get the check? its 63.00. Hold up wat. Now I'm given a different check, get the waitress by this time we're passed annoyed like pls get 1thing right b4 we leave. She's like here's a discount. I totaled the bill minus taxes no different. Cold, no printed tickets,slow service, some laziness. Definitely wish now I'd chose a different night and restaurant. Very Dissatisfied. Used to be afavorite spot but past few times poor service!!! I arrived exactly at the time I was told it would be ready. They were cold, dry, old or brunt. Barely any sauce, they were... thrown to the trash. Plus i was missing 4 wings. Also since when do you get charge a takeout fee???? Plus a tip. I didn't noticeuntil I was to far away to turn around and checked my receipt. RIP OFF. Read more

Waited hour an half on food we never got because it was told the cook was taken care of a big party that got there after we did... a was skipping tickets. In the same time one of the employees went into bathroom an was cursing telling someone on her phone shewas gonna cut them with my two little girls in the rest room. Will not go back.
