I just moved to this area from AZ and this has to be one of the worst Chic Fil A?s I?ve been too. Fries always cold of course so... I finally walked up to get fresh made ones and the girl had the audacity to say this is as fresh as it?s going to get. I don?thave to spend money here and I can make better fries in my air fryer. Eric Corbet! Do you still own this place? If so, you're losing your business due to these teenagers which you've put your... confidence in. For the past three occasions I've gotten food from your establishment the order has been wrong. For yearsI've never had a complaint but things are getting bad. We rolled through the drive through here with five people in a van and everyone had a different order. The girl at the drive... through got everything right the first time and everything we ordered was in the bags and correct. On top of that, it was allhot and delicious! Love this store! Read more
Edit: went today, the lady at the drive-thru window looks super nice and polite but I ordered a number one which at the very... least should have cheese lettuce tomato and I'm assuming pickle on it and all I got was a plain breast on bun was verydisappointed because I got all the way to work before I realized. Today was my official first time going, I've always heard suchgreat things, I'm not going to say I got bad service but when I pulled up to the window they were all talking in a group andonly really acknowledged me when they got my money and gave me my food. One of these things is not like the other. Normally we like the service and food from this location. We ordered two 3 piece... chicken finger meals and one of them had chicken nugget sized fingers. Chick-fil-A is somewhere I enjoy eating most of the time. Unfortunately, this location is not up to par with other locations. I... would give it a solid D on the A-F scale. Service speed is adequate, however I have never received my correct order from thislocation in the 10+ times I?ve come here. There is always something missing or the order is completely wrong. Staff seems bored,low energy, and management seems not to care. I?ve watched a manager (or shift supervisor)here one her phone while others werecasually chatting near the registers all the while there is one cashier and a massive line. I?ve had a cashier talking on herphone while I?ve been standing at the register waiting to order and be annoyed when I asked if I can order food. The thing thatmade me write this just happened, I ordered, got my food and the person at the drive through window handed me a bag of food.With half of the contents missing. Like there were chicken things without the sides and they didn?t give us the right drinks.Management, please help your store, everyone expects more from this company. Read more
