This review is late but much deserved. This was the best customer service experience I have had in about 5 years, and trust me... that says a lot because I dine out a lot. I am in a wheelchair and the ramp to my van malfunctioned in front of the restaurant.Almost the entire staff came out of the restaurant to assist. We were served appetizers outside, treated with dignity andrespect and many Helping Hands. Once inside the restaurant, the customer service was nothing short of amazing. From the manager,wait staff, bartender, even the kitchen staff. The food was fresh and prompt. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Read more
Experience was awful. From the host, to the food and utensils. Blooming onion was cooked in old grease and clearly smelled... BURNED when it came out. We thought the particle?s on the bloom was seasoning. Until we started eating it and realized it?swhatever is floating in that old grease they fried it in and tasted burnt. I have visited this location since 2013 and it?s gotten better. I went there today with my mother and the hostess was great, the... server was attentive to my mother who needed extra time ordering. The food came out in a timely manner from drinks to appetizerto main courses. No staffing issues. Food was great. The meatloaf wasn?t to my liking (spicy) so I left most of it and thenEmily (the managing partner) came out to see if anything can be done. Incredible. In today?s dining market of understaffed,poorly cooked and feeling shuttled in and out it was great to take my mom to a place where the staff was like family, servedgreat food quickly and helped me give a great time.
