I love Panera. I eat here a lot, but recently I don?t know what?s happening to the salad dressing. I get my usual salad that... comes with two cups of dressing and that?s always been plenty. Lately, there?s hardly any dressing! Why aren?t they filling thedressing cups? Like not even close to halfway full. Now I order extra dressing and I feel like they?re giving less and less. Truely an awesome experience coming here and everyone is super friendly as well as very sweet. Today I got married to the love... of my life and they showed so much love and went as far as to write a note in the bag! The food was wonderful, the experiencewas wonderful, but overall I wanted to thank Kaylan and Christina for the hospitality they showed me and my husband today! Thereare people who work and then those who go above and beyond ; today they did that and expressed it which We will always rememberfor years to come! Thank you all again. Be mindful of what time you go to this location. I ordered a customized Greek salad but essentially paid $13 for a garden... salad. They provided No feta, no dressing, barely any quinoa or avocado which is $1.29 premium each. I called the store 3times with no answer ???? Read more
Eating in I got a huge serving of my meal. Getting it to go it's smaller. Been here twice and it is good so far.
Usually I love Panera. It's definitely my go-to lunch. Past few times I wanted to give the pizza a try and I'm not a fan of it... my first one was undercooked my second one the sauce didn't taste right and then this one again the sauce doesn't taste right.But I mean it's not a pizza joint so usually I like to get the mac and cheese the soups and the sandwiches. And this time I cantell for one the mac and cheese is old and obviously you can see there is a hair in my food. It's actually in there.. now I'mafraid to eat my soup. You guys are usually good please please please make sure you ladies and gentlemen have your hair back allthe way like nothing should be down at all. No ponytails you should have to wear it in a bun in a hair net because this isunacceptable. You guys get paid plenty of money to understand the hygiene level it takes to work in a kitchen. Sorry if any ofthis sounds harsh but I'm just kind of disappointed especially in the last few visits this is just not okay. Read more
50 minute wait in drive thru. Order placed on mobile app. Food was good. Soft drink was awful, watered down from ice melting,... since it took so long. Employee at drive thru was nice, & doing her best to accommodate. Next time will do curbside pickup or goinside to pick up mobile order. Read more
