This is the worst fast food experience I?ve ever had. There were three people working and at the time. We were the only people... at the Taco Bell but still had to pull around to the front to wait for order. Not a big deal. We then had to change one of ourfood orders because they realized they were out. Also not a big deal. While we were waiting for our order, I decided to orderchips and cheese in addition to my meal. So after 10 minutes our orders are finally ready. I open my bag and noticed my chipsand cheese was missing so I asked for it. Well the manager on duty and one of the line workers (who was a female as well)started going back and forth. The line worker said she gave us two chips and cheese. But she clearly did not. So I spoke up andopened my bag to prove we were in fact missing it. Then the line worker says to me ?well you can ask for it like a normal humanbeing?. And I looked at the manager and said.. I know she can?t be speaking to me like that. In which the line worker continuedto speak to me inappropriately and told the manager to shut the window in my face. I have NEVER experienced service like this.I?m not even sure what I did or why she was so upset. I will actually be contacting the corporate office about this. And I willbe sure the line worker on duty is handled accordingly. Read more
This place was packed. There was only one guy (john) taking orders between drive through and window. He was awesome. Super... apologetic, and managed a high stress situation very well and everyone seemed happy. Read more
This is the third time I have stopped at this Taco Bell this year and the third time they have struggled to get my order/food... prepared correctly. Every time I have ordered, I check my bag and have a wrong item or am missing an item. Then when I sit tounwrap my selections, there is always one item that is not prepared correctly. I'm not making special orders either. They justseem to struggle with how to prepare the items. Food is fresh though. But it's really slow each time too. Hope they figure itout. There's just that one Taco Bell as you come on to the Outer Banks and a TB/KFC combo as you veer off to Hatteras. GoodLuck! Read more
John is an awesome manager. As someone married to a vegetarian I order a lot of meatless item. Todays occasion I ordered a meat... item along with several vegetarian ones. John?s attention to detail recognized one had meat with no substitute and he confirmedthat was correct before making my order. John should be recognized even if it?s only through this review. I was held hostage after pulling into the drive through for at least 20 minutes before I could place my order . I watched at... least over a dozen customers walk away from the walk up service window because no one came to the window. Upon placing my orderI asked what was the problem they responded by telling me someone placed a order over a hundred dollars and it took them time tofill it . The drive through is designed so you have no way to exit if you wanted to. Read more
The wait time is always too long at this Taco Bell. I drive for Uber eats and I am a customer as well. The food is never ready... when you arrive even when it is pre-ordered. The food seems to not even be prepared as well as at other Taco Bells. The bowlsare not filled at all like at other locations. Service is way too slow. Read more
Not good experience. Ordered delivery and multiple items were missing or wrong. Cinnamon twists tasted disgusting and I had no... idea that there was a way to make those taste bad. Went back and got ?fresh? twists, but they tasted even worse. Read more
Worst taco bell ever. Every time I have been to this taco bell, there has been something wrong with my order. Some examples... being: not making a burrito correctly by putting all the rice on one end and all the beans on the other end, being out of aningredient that belongs in something i ordered and not informing me, not having fire sauce, barely putting any ingredients in mytacos. The tacos in my party pack were literally paper thin because there was almost nothing in them. The list goes on.
