Don?t take UberEats orders if you don?t know how to let your customers know when you run out of food and are closing early.... Would?ve saved gas and my time if you flagged the orders in the app like other restaurants that my meal wasn?t available or youwere having issues. How do you keep running out of food? And there?s no reason for employees to not answer the phone when you?resupposed to be open to say ?I?m sorry we?re closed, having issues, etc?. This must be the most frustrating place in the area. The past few times attempting to go here they have closed over an hour... before the already revised note on the door. If it is after 7 PM just go somewhere else so you don?t waste your time. When I docatch them open, only 1 time in my past 5 attempts all of which were well before the 8PM time on the door,, they also seem tocater to DoorDash and grub hub orders over walk in customers. Sadly I am going to put this restaurant on the canceled list. I?mgoing to miss your chicken but the food isn?t enough to make up for the headaches caused. Farewell Boston Market. Read more
To my understanding online it says this store is open until 10pm. I placed an order at Boston market in Southfield, MI at 9pm.... They closed at 9pm took my money online and told me to come back tomorrow 8/20/22 for my order Very inconvenient and ghetto. Iwon?t be back !!! Read more
I've stopped at this particular Boston Market a couple of times. I can honestly say that every time has been a pleasure. The... staff take good care of me and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this restaurant, if you're in the area and are looking fora decent meal at a fair price. Read more
Maybe this location shut down? There's a sign that says they are "closed for online orders." Not sure how you're supposed to see... the sign before you order, but the website happily accepted my payment and gave me an arrival time. Guess now I have to try toget a refund. It's within business hours, but the doors are locked, no one is inside, and no one is answering the phone.There's also random stuff like boxes on the floor of the lobby. So my first complaint is, the associate told me that she was the only one at work. 5mins later there?s a whole staff. Meanwhile... waiting 13mins past the time schedule to receive my food btw I still haven?t received my food while writing this long passage.I?m just like if your this short of staff to where customers can?t order inside or even receive there food on time just closethe building. I stopped in here the other day for lunch. It has been a while since I have been in a Boston Market. Things have changed. I... ended up going with the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese and a drink. I pay for my food, and she hands me aplate, a cup, and a plastic fork and knife. I asked for a trey, but they don't have them. It was awkward carrying everythingback to the table. I wonder why they stopped using real silverware and stopped taking the food to the table for you? Anywho Iate the meatloaf, which was ok, but the mashed potatoes and gravy were pretty good, but the mac and cheese were a little pastits prime, I think. Friendly and efficient staff, clean dining area, food looked fresh and good! My only complaint is the WATER! The water coming... out of the drinking fountain is clearly tapped and unfiltered! It?s very NASTY ???? With that being said, I can also taste it inthe food. The water that is used in the fountain is used in the food! I can?t help but feel like I am consuming all types ofmetals, minerals and chlorine and only GOD knows what else!! ???????????????? For THAT, I won?t be back.
