I was very disappointed to hear of the poor treatment and customer service that was given to my cousin recently. This mistake... could of easily been handled, but instead of taking accountability for serving her the wrong food (which consequently made hersick), told she wouldn't get sick and had her money shoved back at her!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! How an establishment that "prides"themselves on serving good food to the community have a manager in place that would behave in such a flippant manner is beyondme! Steer clear of this place if you have any dietary restrictions (food allergies, intolerances, sensitivities etc.) because they... do not care about your health and have horrible customer service. After serving a customer a wrap with bacon on it that shouldNOT have had ANY pork products on it, a MANAGER carelessly told her that she wouldn't get sick and was rude and disrespectful.F.Y.I. If you're unable to digest pork, you will more than likely suffer from nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea which can lead todehydration. Severe dehydration can cause you to go into kidney failure. Mistakes happen, but to be rude to a customer who askedfor a reasonable solution to a potentially life threatening mistake is unacceptable. I'll never go here again. Read more
I?ve eating from this establishment several times because I was referred to them by the very person their manager disrespected... and disregarded yesterday. To tell a consumer that their $10 will not break their business is unacceptable. I will never spendanother dime with Central Park Deli and will spread the word until they address the disrespect. Love their turkey chili! Truth is they have great food all around and this time of year, for me, I go out of my way for the... turkey chill. Have been eating here since 2011 and won't stop!!! Even though I no longer work close by the food is worth thedrive. Read more
Very disappointed. I ordered a Detroit with Fries. They gave me a regular corn beef with mustard and FF cooked in fish grease.... Dad smelled and tasted horrible. It will be a while before I go back there. Read more
I love Central Park. From basics like wraps, sandwiches and cheese sticks to stir fry, chicken dinners and desserts, this place... is awesome! The bread they use for their wraps is so good, their soups are homemade, and prices are fair. My go-to inSouthfield. They also have a very convenient online ordering system. Read more
Extremely Disappointed with Central Park Deli, I have been eating here for several years however I will not ever spend another... dime with them. They disregard the error they made by throwing insults at the patron and telling them that their money won?thurt their business. This is disgusting and arrogant behavior. We must do better with whom we spend our money with. Businessowner must respect the community members who fund their business. After reading the response from the owner to the young ladywho was wronged, clearly shows that the owner is glossing over the real issue. The issues is not the refund or the remake, theissue is the disrespectful conduct displayed by their store manager. I wish I could give no stars. Read more
