The service at this location is really slow. One of the employees was talking to another and even stop in the process of... wrapping to talk. What I ordered was being made wrong in front of me even as I was telling the worker. I gave it two starsbecause the person I was going for still liked the food. I would not recommend this location. Sign on the door says closing hours are til 10pm. Advertisements says 10pm. Goes up there at 8:30pm. Their closed. Smh. A... full staff playing and sitting around. But their not open. This is by far the most poorly managed Chipotle in Michigan. Employees sitting around doing nothing while one poor woman runs... the front counter. This is the third time they tell people they don't have chips when you can clearly see them sitting there,they just don't want to take the time to fill the bags. When I politely say but this is the third time I wasn't given my chipsthe woman filled a bag while her supervisor / manager yapped at her about not having time for that. They weren't short staffedby any means so I'm not sure what is going on. Then I sit down to eat and my food is ice cold and given Chipotle's history withmaking people ill I am worried about consuming it. This was the 2nd time I placed an order online and was told, when I went to pick it up, they didn't receive my order. This was... also after they had me wait for it. They closed early yesterday. The door was open and there was no signage so customers came inand stood in line. Only to be told several minutes later that the restaurant was not taking any more orders. Quality of Food and Customer Service has severely dropped over the past couple of years. I went there tonight for dinner. My... burrito bowl was lacking flavor and it was very skimpy. I also had a bad experience with how poorly the staff and Manager treatthe customers. The manager does not acknowledge your presence and the staff is very rude. Ordered online. Bowl and drink. No veg on bowl except I ordered veg and receipt verified such. Food ready on time and cup... included in bag. Lined up waiting otherwise. Tricky tight parking lot - free parking. Outside eating area in full afternoon sunwith zero shade. Overflowing trashcan and sticky drink area - simple 5 minute fix makes a BIG impression. Read more
This used to be a great location. Line would be out the door yet the speed, quality and staff were great. Now it?s not even... worth trying anymore. It seems like staffing issues have hit this location hard. Order online and your order will never be readyno matter how late you arrive. I waited 10 minutes to finally get attention of the staff member and they tossed my bag to methrough the window without any explanation of why it wasn?t labeled and ready 40 minutes after my order was supposed to beready. Online order Pickup location is squished between the bathrooms and the kitchen door and the staff will loudly bad mouthcustomers for standing too close to the kitchen door. There is no other place to stand while everyone waits for their food thatwas already supposed to be ready. I worked and managed fast food for several years - this is not how you run a restaurant. Ownerclearly does not care that this location is terrible. Close it down.
