This location will close due to staff with a combined IQ of 20. I order a simple bagel and cream cheese then tell me to pull... around like I'm waiting on a fried chicken sandwich. Tried to get a smoothie and my guy hit me with "i been here since the morning" it's (1pm) and idk if he can make smoothie right... now (idk who is he talking about) anyway and he took a second to think about it then said no smoothies ???????? what aservice.... to anyone who goes to work and he doesn't feel like working just stay home pls management needs to check on theirworkers a bit more. It's a Dunkin Donuts in metro Detroit. You already know the experience you will have. Troublesome ordering, orders needing... correcting, the inability to fill certain orders ( even when calling ahead ). Still, the service isn't as bad as the averageDetroit/metro Detroit fast food outlet. Read more
These days everyone is really busy and service has declined but not at this location. I?m on the road all day and need to use a... bathroom. I visited this location for the 3rd and last time 9/10. There can literally be no cars in line or customers inside, and they... still make me pull up to the door each time, to bring my milkshake out. This time it wasn?t even filled to the top.when I askedher about it , she said so it doesn?t spill out. SMH. There was about 2 inches of space, how was it at risk of spilling? I?ve been coming to this Dunkin for the past five years with no issue. This week I came in twice to redeem my points, in which... they scanned twice on both occasions and told me ?it?s already used? when I showed them that I legit had the points taken fromme. On the second occasion, Nibi and a man she refused to gives name, passively aggressively continued to suggest I was scammingthem. When really my entire family uses the same acc for points. When I called for corporate number Nibi hysterically acts as ifI?m screaming at her and tells me she doesn?t know and I have to get it online. These people victimized themselves the entiresituation and the man argued with me back and forth and wasn?t trying to hear my side in the slightest. 0/10 customer serviceand will not be returning.
