They make my drink perfect, the baristas are nice and they sell peanut butter cups for my side kick... this place is... awesome SO... I am updating my review to clear some things up. This is the Lawrence Tech. Location. It is open for students andstaff during the day and is separate from the Southfield road location. Moreover, the staff here always goes above and beyondfor me and my sidekick. I can not say I have had a more positive experience in any other local coffee shop. It is hard to findeducated genuine staff that is respectful of people with disabilities. I always feel like a normal person when I'm here and thestaff always manages to bring a smile to my face. First I would like to say it?s some employees there that I like a lot and service me well and other times I feel like they don?t... make the sandwiches correctly and act super petty with the portions..I tried to give them the benefit of doubt but keep beingdisappointed .... I?m not spending money on sloppy food and bad service..When they had their inspection this year I tip them $20because i felt like the work crew had a ruff day of the news they received. In hopes to cheer up the crew. There bagels are the best. But they are always out of the pretzel ones.
It felt like customer service is something this establishment does not practice. I encountered short tempered employee. As soon... as I walked in, it seemed like I was bothering her when attempting to make an order. I know it was close to closing time but ifthis is how customers are treated I do not think this place will be around for the long run. SMH..... Read more
