Had a large order over 23 sandwiches. I ordered online at 10 am. My order was ready for pick up at 11:3 0am per my receipt. I... got there at 11:40am. My order was not ready, which was ok with me, but the problem was there was a line of about 10 people whowere just placing their order, and the lady was making everyone in line orders and had not completed my order yet . She was veryshort with me the customer because I ask her 1st, did she know when my order would be ready? and second, because I ask aboutusing the coupon they advertised for their location. She said I can only use it for online orders. She tried to out talk me andI had to say, never losing my cool" I understand what the coupon stated" if you listen to what I'm asking, you could have savethat last sentence you just stated. ( I did say my order was placed online). She then said it was noting she could do about it. I spent 217.00 in this restaurant and I know help is short everywhere, but your attitude will determine if I decide to return ornot. Love Jersey Mikes. They have a wide variety of subs hot and cold. The soup is awesome as well.
