We had stopped getting food from this store. Decided to give it a try again. Staff still rude and very unprofessional, and... unable to fill an order. Despite going over order at least 3x with first young man, and then with the manager, we STILL weremissing sauces, wings were burnt, and food was VERY over priced. (even after the manager gave us a 'discount'). It's veryfrustrating to pay so much for such poor quality. Read more
I was punished as a customer for showing up a half hour before close because they were only taking walk-ins. My punishment was a... beautifully made pizza that had 10 fold sauce underneath. The cheese and toppings slid off the pizza and every bite was filledwith sauce. How about just closing at 9 pm like everyone else so no one else is punished for a late-night snack. Changed this from a 5 to a 1 star review. I've been coming here more lately for a BBQ chicken pizza which is really good might I... add. I don't know if it's their phones or them but I called up and asked for a BBQ Pizza. The lady on the phone told me that ithad ranch on it. I said no I don't want ranch with it. I kept saying on the phone SPECIFICALLY "BARBECUE CHICKEN PIZZA". Thelady repeated that the pizza came with ranch. I asked if she could take that off and she said yes. Went to pick the pizza up.Something told me to check the box. It was a Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Came back in and told the lady at the counter about theorder and went to speak to the shift manager I assume. Now I don't mind waiting for a mistake but what I do mind is the staffcatching an attitude because they thought I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza when I didn't... The shift manager I assume said tome "we only sell two pizza's that has ranch on it, are you telling me you didn't just ask for a Buffalo chicken pizza?" I said"no" then went to explain the phone convo about the pizza and she just walked off and told me it would be 8 minutes. I'mgetting real sick and tired of this type of mess around here in southfield with these sloppy acting shift managers. Just admitto yourself you don't like working with people and quit. Like I said I have no issue waiting for a mistake, but what I do mindis the employees catching an attitude because of a mistake on their end. Jets Pizza is usually very good but, on June 21st, at 5:32pm, I purchased a small square Pizza that was not fully cooked. The... meat hadn't cooked thoroughly and the pizza tasted unpleasant. I just took it as a $15 lost. Don't think I will be going therefor a while. Read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! I RECECEIVED 2 BAD PIZZAS FROM THEM. THE FIRST TIME I LET IT GO. DIDNT EVEN CALL ABOUT IT. THIS... TIME I COULD NOT LET IT GO!!! ITS GROSS! ITS BURNT, TOUGH AND DRY! We ordered for delivery and the delivery was almost 1 hour (50 minutes) late. 1 hour 55 minutes from order to delivery. Each... time that I called I was told that the order was on it's way. it arrived 1/2 hour after my last call. I understand that at busytimes that things can run behind. I would have been fine with even 20 minutes late. This was unacceptable. If you do not havethe capability to run delivery efficiently then don't offer it. I would have tried to fined a way to pick up the order if I wastold that delivery was either not available or running 2 hours. Read more
