I don?t know why but this store won?t deliver to my house even though it is super close. I love less than 2 miles away, my mom... who lives less than one mile away doesn?t deliver to her house either, it?s stupid. I used to get delivery to my house but nowit says there are not close by. Why? They also used to be on doer dash but now arn?t. I couldn?t attach a photo but if you lookat a map of my area there are 4 jimmy John?s close enough to deliver. Order sandwiches on line an hour before pickup. Arrived 5 min late sandwiches still not made. Sandwiches not being ready blamed... on short staff. I asked for a refund manager was like I?ll make them now yeah so I can be late for work. Time sandwiches orderedand pickup time should have been high lighted. I ordered my sandwiches 1 hour before I needed to pickup for a reason. How canyou be short staff on a Saturday with Michigan and Michigan state playing. As a manager you failed to do your job. Let's just say that for a change they made my sandwich right and it was perfect. Anyone should try the unwich vegetarian it is... amazing it's like a salad but you can eat it holding it. And the Little John's one can fill you up. Read more

I just left the drive through and I even had the person repeat my order back to me! So I?m not sure how when I get al the way... home my order is wrong. The people that take your order here need some retraining, patience and and attitude adjustment. I've come here several times... and would come more often but I don't like being rushed to place my order, I get snide looks and exasperated noises and they getmy order wrong every single time.
