Place a carry out order for a Side salad. It was prepared in a timely manner. However when I got home and opened it, it was... really disappointing the salad barely filled the carry out container. I have ordered all size salads and have always been verypleased with the portions sizes. Read more

I have to compliment this location and Tammy because I received exceptional customer service from the phone to the in person... pick up at this location. She was extremely curtious, kind and helpful. The manager Tammy at the Southfield store is horrible. Totally disrespectful. Unreasonable. One of the worst customer service... experiences ever, and the absolute worst from PizzaPapalis. My mom is 82 years old and I've been getting her bourbon Wing flatsfrom PizzaPapalis for years. She loves them, and they're easier for her to handle and eat than the drums are at times. Afterbeing rude and disrespectful and telling me that they have never done exactly what they've been doing for my mother for years,and what has been one of her favorites through the pandemic, she then hung up on me. I even tried to deescalate with her and toget her to just stop the rudeness even if there had been some change and she wasn't going to be able to fulfill my request, butshe said she had a reason to do it and she was justified and then she was basically bothered because I'm telling her aboutwhat's been done for me for years, and they have never done that. Total and absolute contempt for a customer who was even beingextra polite, because this was food for my mother I was trying to have prepared. Unbelievably rude, and abhorrentlydisrespectful behavior from Tammy - the PizzaPapalis Manager in Southfield. Over 80,000 of you read my reviews and you knowthat it is very rare that I take time to write one like this. Friendly staff that was straight to business. Although everyone that is from the Detroit Metropolitan area knows that... PizzaPapalis is quite expensive for a pizza; it?s just some of the best Chicago style?s you can ever buy. My order has no issueswhatsoever and was hot.
