This place is always hit or miss for me. The staff is usually friendly but whenever I order pickup through the app I have issues... with my sandwich. Once they forgot to put the chicken salad on the sandwich completely, and today I got the same sandwich butwith barely any chicken salad on it (see picture). I go during my lunch break at work so I don?t have time to run back and get anew one. Just very frustrating especially for a $10 sandwich after tipping. Read more

This is my usual go to location. Being that they are very busy I understand mistakes happen and they are always good at... resolving issues quickly. Today I received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Joya was a very welcomingsmiling face. She quickly remade my salad and it was beautifully made. I'd like to start off by saying I've had bad service and have NEVER left a negative review... This place is sooooo bad. We... ordered off their website (not door dash).... for a meeting. Food never showed..... called an hour after and was told to take itup with door dash.... we explained we did not order through door dash. They said they would call the delivery driver and call usback.... which they never did. Called again they were so rude and hung up on us....... went up to get our order remade... tookforever and NO JOKE 5 out of 8 meals were wrong.....and i don't mean wrong like it had onions on it.... i mean like completelydifferent sandwiches..... like i ordered a turkey and got a chicken salad..... Staff was not very attentive when i went. I pre-ordered food, and arrived about 2 minutes before the order was supposed to be... ready. they were still making my order. I ended up spending 10 minutes there. and the staff barely gave me an indication ofwhat was going on...i was advised that my order was almost ready when I walked in. the food was ok, some of the portions wheredisappointing. the macaroni salad portion is too small for me.
