Edit: Response from owner means nothing if you don't hold employees responsible for providing bad service. Typical Southfield... fast food business.. service is slooooooow and abysmal. Employees are slow and rude. Food isn't made right. Too bad none of thebusiness owners in this area demand better from their staff. They are fine hiring people who are only around to collect a paycheck and don't take any pride in being good at anything. Read more

I came to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe with my granddaughter every day after summer camp. It was her highlight of the day! The... people here are very friendly, attentive and get it right every time! I enjoyed all the attention they gave my five-year-oldgranddaughter and so did she! Read more

There is many TSC?s don?t go to this one. Horrible staff, ordered online - assumed I had to walk in. Doors were locked , it was... 7:30 and I?m pretty doubtful they didn?t hear the door after I tried to pull open. (Side door) I did notice there was a frontdoor, so I again assumed, that might be correct door - same. I am uncertain who is the manager of this location, but the drive-thru experience is horrendous. There were only two cars in... front of me. I was first put on hold for 5 minutes at the ordering speaker. I then ordered an island smoothie and a grilledcheese sandwich. The smoothie came out on time, but the grilled cheese was somehow lost. Not one of the staff tookresponsibility for the order. I waited approximately 15 minutes. I told the staff at the window three different times what I waswaiting for. There were literally more workers in the kitchen walking around aimlessly than there were customers. The drive thrulady then asks an employee as she is walking off her shift, "did you make the grilled cheese" and the employee just says "no"and walks off. She then tried to ask another employee to make it, but at that point the wait time was so long, I was done withthis place and drove off. This store truly needs upper level management to monitor the employees, make sure everyone is doingtheir job correctly, and ensure that orders are signed out correctly. I have never been so frustrated while at TSC. I asked for extra matcha in my smoothie and when I pointed it out to the miss who... made my smoothie she said "yeah, it's in there. Maybe you have Covid if you can't taste it." My smoothie is bright pink with nota single hint of anything green; also, who says something like that to a customer. Then, I open the box to my quesadilla andit's cold! Not only does it barely have the toppings it should, but they didn't cook it. Fortunately it was for my daughter andI was able to just go buy her something different. I will definitely not be going back to this location because that was notworth the 20 minute wait. Read more

Got a baja chicken wrap. The lettuce is wilted, slimy, and tasteless. This location was very disappointing. Ordered a cup with... water, told the worker that I would like one when my food came out. She turned and ignored me completely. Definitely do NOTRECOMMEND. Read more
