The lady told me to hold then another person took my order.The person on the speaker repeated my order back to me and still got... it wrong. When I got up to the window it wasn?t the same person that took my order. The quesadilla is suppose to come withchicken it and it only had cheese. Their open sign says drive thru open with the open light on, there are employees inside mopping and online says drive thru open... until 10pm. So it is very frustrating when I get off work at 9 and drive out of my way to get food and a smoothie and I arriveat 9:23pm on 10.18.22 and I sit at the speaker to order for 5 minutes and get nothing but silence. So I pulled back around tomake sure I saw the sign correctly and still no answer. If you are open until 10pm that doesn't mean you walk out of the door togo home at 10pm. Do better. Read more
This was my 1st time going here. My daughter goes here a lot so she took me here. I loved the smoothie and plan to go back to... try a lot more of them. The smoothie is a pretty good size too. I also tried a wrap sandwich and it was pretty good too. Theirprocess for calling orders was interesting to me. We received our order in pieces instead of all at the same time. Not sure ifthat's the normal process but it was a little weird to me. We will see how it goes next time. Read more
Food was good.. experience not so much. Ordered through the drive thru , the young lady that took my order was really monotoned.... When I got to the window to pay there was no greeting, she told me the total and I handed her my card, she didn?t utter a singleword and leaned the card reader out the window, she said NOTHING, I inserted my card and paid, she still said nothing, shehanded me the receipt and straws without saying anything or even looking my way. After a few minutes she asked me to pull up tothe door so someone could bring my food out. I pulled up and after a few minutes a very pleasant young lady came out and greetedme, she didn?t bring the smoothies just my food. She was nice and it was an easy mistake. After she went back inside a young manappeared with my smoothies, didn?t say a word just walked up to my car window with the smoothies and handed them to me. Didn?tsay a word. Went on the evening of 5/10. Took over 20 minutes to get order when only 1 person was in front of us. Entire crew was on... phones, screaming, and messing around in the store. Once the 2 smoothies were ready they were undrinkable. Completely Watery,bitter, and flavorless. One almost made us sick. Went back to get them remade. Staff refused to remake since it was to late.Claimed everything was shutdown even though we just go them minutes ago. I then asked for a refund but was denied. Staff membersaid all the computer systems were immediately shut down and no manager was in site. Told to come back another day if I wanteda remake or refund. If I could give this zero stars I would . The location is filthy ! Management is so inconsiderate I?ve never met a bitter group... of people in my life this company should be ashamed at the way they treat their employees. The service was good but I couldn't enjoy my peanut butter cup smoothie it was 25% full of small ice chunks that made it... impossible to enjoy a sip without your lip getting stuck or just not completing a decent sip all while looking at this whitecup(they said they ran out of lids) that looks like it's smaller than the normal size cup.???? this location has always been myleast favorite location.
