They couldn't seem to figure out when their mic was on and when it wasn't. As a result it wasn't clear if they'd acknowledged... that I was at the drive thru, or understood my order, because 2/3rds of what I was hearing was their conversations. As I writethis I'm 20 minutes into my 15min break from work, all of it spent getting through this confusion. Unacceptable. Read more

They already never have chili sauce but when they do have it the Chili is beyond watery and tastes horrible. If I didn?t know... they put Hamburger crushed up from their old beef patties to make the chili I know now. Worst experience ever and on the firstsnow day. And I ordered two both are in the trash. We made it home from this Wendys a little after 12:00 am on 2/25 and found out we were given 2 spicy chicken sandwiches that... were raw on the inside.. I'm so disgusted and I'm positive my husband consumed raw meat! Completely unacceptable! Read more
I was surprised at how fast this location was servicing customers in the drive thru. When we pulled in, the line was so long... that the tail end of my vehicle was hanging a couple of inches onto the main road.
