I was there 1 hour waiting on my food. Then when I received my food the chicken wasn't even in the bag. Had to wait another 15... minutes. They were very unorganized. Placed an order online. Given a 18-25 minute time window. Showed up to pick up food well outside of said time window, food was... not ready. Waited another 15 mintues for the fries that were being ?made.? Soggy fries that tasted off. Chicken was absolutelyrepulsive. I wouldn?t even feed this food to my dog. First time at a Wing stop and I will be going back, the service was great I could tell the one lady was beat but she kept a... positive attitude and got me what I needed. The food came out just as she said in 15 minutes, the store was clean and ready forguests to come in, the only complaint I have is that everything was so nice ans peaceful until the younger employee came inyelling about how it shouldn't take some so long to do something and then start going off about how she doesn't care shes notdoing it ans they can't wait....not sure what it was about but sure made sure everyone could hear it......kinda ridiculousattitude to have while at work..... lol just shut up do your job and go home when your done Read more
First time customer here and I got the Louisiana rub on my wings. It was too spicy for my liking so maybe next time I'll a less... spicy flavor. He got the lemon pepper with plain fries and I was able to taste it, was very good. Service was nice, fast andefficient. Everyone wore masks including customers but we weren't required. * UPDATED REVIEW * Took away a star because thefood was subpar, drink machine was practically empty of all the good drink options and they did not season my fries! I orderedseasoned fries with mild wings and even the mild tasted like bbq sauce, absolutely no kick! The food is decent. I was overcharged for my food. I ordered a 10 piece boneless which they had a special for .70 cents. The... cashier kept messing up my order and I thought she finally had it correct. After I paid I realized she charged me 12.00 forwings that should be 7.00. I go back to get my difference. I showed the manager on duty the price online and he said that was anonline price, plus delivery and taxes which made no sense because it was 7.00 online and why am I being charged for deliverywhile in the restaurant. the manager got frustrated because he can?t add or subtract correctly to give me back my change. $12.00-$7.00= $5 plus the tax right? He tried to give me back less than a dollar and was dismissive (he stated he didn?t havetime for me lol) because he can?t do simple math. Then had a tantrum asking me how much he owes me and I told him after givingme my CORRECT change he stormed to the back. Very unprofessional.
