Went into this location today as it is not my normal location we visit most frequently. NEVER AGAIN!!!! The man... working(assuming) he was the owner, informed me that they weren't doing the "free slurpees" today on 7/11 day. I was veryconfused as this has been a thing for years and it's still advertised on radio and everything else. Anyways, I went in with mykids asking before hand if the small one was the free size. He then told me, it now worked differently only if you did not useyour free ones you were given from the end of June???? Like what??? Lol I asked if this was every location because I had neverheard of this and he told me yes. I paid him 3.18 for 3 tiny slurpees and left shaking my head as he was one of the rudestpeople I have ever encountered. I left and then went to my main location to ask if this was in fact true??? NOPE MOSTDEFINITELY NOT! What a joke. So you literally decided to lie to 3 children and argue over $3. Your store which I can tell by thereviews, most certainly needed my $3 more than I did. I will never again step foot in this location and working over 20 yearscustomer service myself(trust me I will not)you should be ashamed of yourself and whatever scams you are trying to pull oncustomers. Rude, sick, and mask-less staff. Wasn't gonna say anything until the mask-less employee told the masked employee how her throat... was on fire and her kids were sick. I told her she should be wearing a mask and I was told to mind my own business and leave. Also told that the manager doesn't care if they wear masks. If you are going to require customers to wear a mask why not theemployees? I was completely disrespected and will not return. Read more
Rude cashier. I let people with small items go ahead of me because I had a couple of money orders to buy. Then he mumbled under... his breath, blaming me for his long line. He crumpled my receipt and didn't even wish me a good day. I went out of my way to getto this location because the one closest to me ATM was out of order. Never again! Read more
