On Friday evening myself, 3 adults and 9 teenagers came in after a football game. We were split up into three tables because... they refused to sit more than 8 together. Our waitress was amazing. Our food was so-so. The treatment of us by management wasdeplorable. The teens were with parents supervising and they were not loud, obnoxious or disrespectful in anyway. The managerstood by their table giving them the nastiest looks and when they moved a chair to make their 8 top a 9 top she proceeded toyell at them to put it back. I had to get up and ask her what the issue was and why she was hoovering around their table. Shewas rude and had zero reason other than it was an annoyance having a group of more than 8. I would have understood that had ourwaitress been struggling but she was wonderful. In all of my years eating in restaurants, I have never experienced such distainfor a respectable group of young men before they even sat down. I understand people have off days. I also understand teenagerscan be disrespectful. That was NOT the case with these young men. I sincerely hope she takes some time off to refresh hermanagerial skills. We will not be returning to the Southgate location and I will be reaching out to corporate. Read more
Had dinner with the family, had the bourbon chicken with shrimp, tasted good but only 4 small shrimps doesn't even look like the... picture on the menu. Wife's soup was not even hot, she still ate it. Server was very nice. That was my experience on that day.Still a good place to go.. Had dinner today on Easter day. Service was great. When I arrived we were Seated in a timely manner. Our waitress took our order. Our food arrived in a timely manner common... although she forgot my ranch dressing for my fries. She never came back to check on us when our food arrived to see if weneeded anything. We had to wait to pay our bill. I had forgotten that I had a coupon We had to wait to pay our bill. I hadforgotten that I had a coupon. When I told our waitress about my coupon, "she stated it's too late she had already cashed usout" and walked away. She didn't say I will check with the manager and see if you can still use this coupon, she just simplywalked away. Her attitude was not pleasant. Read more
