The food quality is awesome. The options are a bit limited. I wanted the appetizer sampler and would have liked to have the... custom options like most restaurants. Ordered the burger and it was no different than say a burger you get at Applebee's orChillis. The service was great until it took like 30 minutes to get our bill while or server as sitting at a table with otheremployees. Read more
Sadly, Buffalo wild wings was one of my favorite place to go. Every time I go and I scan a receipt just for fun. As soon as... you’re trying to get your redeem and it didn’t go thru . Just talked to the people there and they said they have nothing todo with it, they cannot do nothing because it’s a third-party app. So if you want to do for fun do it but if you’re actuallytrying to use your points, redeem the points because you’re not gonna be able to do it. The waitress was awesome and very apologetic, the food took over an hour to get to us a party of 8. The fries were cold. Again... the waitress was really good, several people (tables) came in after us and ate before us. Read more
9-3-2022 @ 7:50 pm, Ordered the 20/20 for $40 family bundle. Ordered 10 blazing, 10 Carrib Jerk, 10 SBBQ and 10 Garlic Parm. ... My 10 Blazing only had 7 pieces and 2 wing tips. So not only was I going to be short they gave me 2 pieces that I didn't evenwant. The rest of the order was fine. Read more
The service of the girls behind the bar and the girls working the carry out counter have always been amazing at this location! 5... stars. However, the night time manager, Justin; is a poor example of leadership and drive. I sat for almost an hour at the barwaiting for my to go order, where I was treated like royalty. After an hour the bartender still did not have my food, so we wentto the carry out counter to get our food. The girls immediately went searching and Justin asked us “why are you here?” Whenwe responded to look for our order of 15 wings, he told us it was busy. We were told to maybe go back to the bar and our issuemay be handled. When we said no we will be waiting for our order, we were advised to stop making a big deal out of nothing, andthen the manager went and hid in the back and we could hear him talking about us and the issue we had. I was beyond disgusted by not only what happened to me with my food, but also by the service I received tonight. I firstly want... to say that I am never one to get upset at things like this, but I was absolutely shocked at the way this was taken care of. Iordered boneless wings and when I first started eating I saw something sticking out of one of my wings. I set it aside anddidn’t think anything of it thinking it was just a piece of chicken or other food. When waiting for our bill I couldn’t helpbut keep looking at it and my girlfriend took it and cleaned the sauce off of it, only to discover that it was a feather….yesa feather in my food. I told the waitress as soon as she came back and she said she’d to get her manager. The manager came andI explained to him what I found and his only response was “okay so do you want something else?” No apologies…nothing. Justsaid he’d take it off my bill and walked away. The waitress brought our bill back said “have a good night” in a rude toneand then walked away. She really was not pleasant the whole time, but that just set me off even more. I get that it was busy,but when you work in customer service you should know better. Not only is this just disgusting in general finding something inyour food, but it is also a health code violation. I have never had a problem with this location and love coming here, but thisexperience and the lack of sympathy and care that I received not only from the waitress but also the manager makes me never wantto come back.
