I use to go get all the time and enjoyed myself. Well today was not the case. My family and I walked in at 7 prime dinner time... but they seem slow. Turns out the had the bigger half the of place closed. They had maybe 5 tables of families. The host wasstand at the bar rubbing her chest. another lady taking an order. After sometime goes by the lady rubbing herself tells us shewill be with us in a moment and a 20 mins wait. It?s was the weirdest most uncomfortable thing I?ve experienced in a while.While speaking with her a costume that just was leaving said it wasn?t worth the wait her food was cold and they took a longtime. When you first walk in you smell a mildew water smell in the vestibule. Come to the table and it is still wet from being wiped... down. We order with the server who was very pleasant. Food comes we go to use the salt and pepper and they are both caked withrush and they seem to have been clean and left wet and put back together before letting them dry causing the holes to beclogged. Needless to say I couldn't use either shaker. Got a burger and fries. Cooked well and tasted great. Boyfriend gotCajun Chicken pasta in which there was little to any seasoning. the chicken looks like it was frozen And hardly Cajun. Overall this store need a good cleaning. The presto machine you pay on it caked in dust and grim and the wall by the booth hasdirty and pop drippings on it. Just a nasty experience. Won't be back. Read more
We actually came here about a year ago and was told it would be an hour wait and they were completely emptied inside, so many... tables open but was refused service and told we needed a reservation, we ended up going somewhere else instead. Well we decidedwe would give them another chance and actually went back the other day, same worker that was rude to us than was rude agian. Shethan stated it would be a half hour wait remind you there emptied again, tables opened everywhere, they basically sent away somany people, this place needs corporate to investigate because they are sending away business but also the female in the frontis rude and disrespectful clearly should definitely not work with people in the front. I love Chili's and I particularly love the Cajun Chicken Pasta it's my meal of choice and im repetitive but also this menu item... is honestly that good. However this location is closer to where I live now but I was previously closer to the Canton location Iwas deeply sorrowed to not go there anymore. I have given this restaurant location in Trenton a good try I've had this meal ahandful of times and each time the quality has gotten progressively worse but they really upped the ante this time. 3 pieces ofgreen onion and 4 bits of tomato and mostly end scraps of chicken plopped onto the middle of a disgusting sea of sauce. Theyreally tried. It was abundantly clear that they ran out and thought they could play with my emotions and intelligence bysubmerging my food to hide the low volume of actual food. Have you ever made pasta and the use of heavy sauce saturates it tothe point it all take like nothing? Yes. That was the first and last bite I took. Disgusting. They ran out of the tomatoes andgreen onion and chicken and boiled limp noodles throwing them in a sea of sauce. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and not having any of it.I had to send my poor boyfriend back to the restaurant in the pouring rain after he's just gotten home. I don't care how busyyou are it's a luxury for us to eat out these days and that isn't what I paid for. I can eat baked chicken, green onion, andtomato scraps with flavorless noodles at home for free. Then they had my boyfriend tied up because their 'card reader wasn'tworking' and we were using the rest of a gift card from Christmas and cash at check out. Stop messing with this dish. This was by far the best experience we have had at this chili's to date! To start off when we walked in we were greeted by... Marquise (not sure if it's spelled correctly), the kindest, most friendly, positive person we have come in contact with in along time! But the kindness doesn't stop there. There was only 4 people working the floor and everyone of them had amazingattitudes and they all helped each other out! We have been faithful patrons of this chili's for about 15 years and I would haveto say that this visit goes into the top 3 best visits we have ever had here! This experience just goes to show that if we areall kind to one another and help out our fellow humans than anything is possible! My wife and I got the 2 for $25 and when ourfood was brought out to us it was by far the best we have ever gotten from here. I ordered my usual Cajun chicken pasta and itwas hot and very delicious! We highly recommend visiting this location to anyone that wants a night out in a friendly and veryinviting atmosphere! Read more
The portion of the Smokehouse Combo was not what you would think. And they didn?t give me fries when it clearly says on the menu... that it comes with fries. I had requested them but it took a while for them to bring them. There are 3 booths where we weresitting and the waitress checked on the other table multiple times throughout their dining and didn?t bother to ask us anything.We didn?t get a refill on the bottomless tostadas, where were mostly crumbs, nor did we get a refill on our drinks. My icemelted almost completely before I had to flag down the waitress for our bill. Not really a great experience. Mind you at thispoint, she?s only waiting on me, one other booth, and a couple at the bar. It was not a great dining experience. Read more
