When you live somewhere with the nearest over an hour away you appreciate places like this even more! We purchase the hour card... with the 30 mins free and play until we are tired. You do have to wait about 20 seconds between swipes but its still tons of funregardless. All the games were working, it was quiet during a weekday (perks to homeschooling) and clean. We had our son?s birthday here and had a great experience. They were under staffed. 3 different people came to us explaining the... situation and saying if we need anything to come find them. The manager DJ was so great. He was super cool and kind. He madesure that even though they were understaffed with multiple parties going that we were still taken care of. Their machines forpayment were down, understaffed, and probably straddled out. Yet we had the best birthday experience for our boy with the bestservice. Everyone on staff today was so great. Dj especially. We really appreciated his attentiveness and how much he made sureour day was still great despite all of the mishaps they were going through. We will 100% be booking a party again. Worst experience ever. Took my daughter here for her 7th birthday party and got the most expensive package and paid 400 dollars... just to not get what we paid for. Didn't receive no goody bags for the kids or souvenir cups that we paid for. My daughter wassupposed to get 3000 tickets and was only given 2000. Received 1 pizza for adults and 2 medium for kids , got charged for 4pizzas but only received 2 medium and 1 large. Supposed to be 4. And all kids were supposed to get 100 tickets on their card butdidn't receive that. Paid over 400 dollars and got absolutely terrible service at that. Never would recommend anyone to comehere. Jessica is truly a blessing! I brought my daughter Friday night and she remembered us the next day (Saturday) because I brought... her again. She had chuckie come out to see my daughter and the other kids and it made my daughters whole day! Not to mentioneverything else she did out of the kindness of her heart not only for my daughter but the other children that was there. THANKYOU Jessica YOU ROCK!!! Had my daughter's 9th birthday party here. I love that they have an option for sensory sensitive kids so they can have fun too.
Place is always pretty clean. Not many "rides" for the little ones. No more tubes or ball pits (I'm old). No more animatronic... singers. The ticket game don't give out tickets anymore and don't all clearly tell you how many digital tickets you win. Some ofthe games are hard for kids to figure out. I don't usually order food because the cost is double/triple any other pizza joint. Even pre pandemic, they are always short staffed. You usually have to wait a bit to actually talk to anyone or cash in yourtickets. Overall, my kids enjoy the place so I guess it still gets a good rating. :) Read more
came here for my niece 3rd birthday party and Verry disappointed because it's not the Chucky cheese it used to be just another... overpriced arcade and pizza was too thin and other food was also yucky.
