I feel like they could at least give you the whole drink. I dunno? maybe not.
Hot fries but cold cheese on the cheeseburger, why? Just why? Last I checked, I don?t have a microwave in my truck!
This trip was the exact opposite of FAST food. Got in the drive thru around 7pm and sat and waited and waited and waited... Not... sure how short staffed they were but the only two employees (teens) I saw were NOT in speed mode. The food was good and it washot so someone was busy in the kitchen but I wouldn't want to go here during a meal rush. Read more
We went to this McDonald's after going swimming at the Y. Their service was fast and friendly. They had all the items we wanted.... One of the happy meals fell out of my hand on the ground and they immediately replaced it. Wonderful!!! Read more
Food is okay. Always a wait to get food for dinner or lunch. Seems like they've been short staffed for years. I stop here every... 6 months or so and always have a 20 min wait. I go out of my way to get food from other McDonald's rather than go to this onenear me. As others said, no signs on doors or windows and they randomly change hours or shut down the dining room. I know folkshave staffing issues, but a piece of paper with a simple message would be nice for your customers. Read more
I think McDonald's is part of the fabric of American dining. The folks at this McDonalds are always pleasant and efficient. I... give the team 5 stars. The problem is the tv commercials over promise and the store cannot deliver the product as we expect -as shown on tv. New Crispy Chicken as example. Tastes good 4 stars. Presentation 3 stars. Annoyed. Went through drive through to buy gift cards. Waited and waited. When I get to the window im told I can only purchase... 2 cards. I can understand not buying 20, but......really? I wanted 4. There are other places for me to spend my money. Read more
