I had a truly fantastic experience here recently. My family of 3 went to dinner the gentleman we had as a server was... fantastic. He made the table accessible for my wheelchair ?? before I made it to the table. He was quick, courteous, efficientand attentive without being smothering. Our food was good and came out at a nice speed. I wish I remembered his name but thiswas one of the best experiences I've ever had at Olive Garden. Top 5 best restaurant experiences in my lifetime. My family and I are from Toledo and we gladly make the drive to Southgate, MI for this Olive Garden. The quality of service and... friendliness of the staff as well the quality of the food are what keep us coming back. If you go on a Friday or Saturday nightfor dinner make sure to ask for Robert. You will not be disappointed. He is someone who actually cares about his job and hiscustomers. He made my son's birthday that much more memorable by simply taking the time to write Happy Birthday in raspberrysauce on his dessert plate. Haven't come across many that would care enough to do that. Again this Olive Garden is well worththe drive. From the staff, to the food to the restaurant itself you will not be disappointed. I haven't been to Olive Garden in a long time so I was really looking forward to enjoying a nice meal. The lady at the front... room was very nice. I'm not going to mention our waitress's name because I don't want to humiliate her in any way. But afterwe ordered our food there was a piece of hair in our chicken Alfredo. My daughter quickly noticed it and I asked for a newplate. I didn't make a big deal or overreact but I just simply asked for some bread to go and she did not want to give me any.I guess the oven is baking for a really long time.... I've couldn't made a big deal.. I mean it's not really a pleasantexperience to find hair over your chicken Alfredo... But really I just asked for 5 pieces of bread to take home and theydidn't want to do that... so that's why I will never come to this place again only if I have no other choice.... There areplenty other restaurants in the area that are willing To treat the customers a little better than this..... Read more
