Well this was a God - Awful experience. While out and about I decided to try Sonic for the very first time. I didn't get the... chance. I Googled a location close by and went there. I pulled into a parking spot and attempted to place an order. I wastold that it is "drive through only" and took one look at the line and left. I proceeded to check out other Sonic's on line andfound out I would have to drive over 30 miles to get to a location that actually has operational "drive in/dine in" service. Iwas quite disappointed ?? and decided to visit Culver's instead. They really need to update all of those commercials that theyconstantly play on TV to explain that you can not eat AT a Sonic locally. Rick Zorn Read more

These popcorn chicken are supposed to be Honey BBQ, but look at how sad that sauce is. Also the mozzarella sticks are supposed... to come with a dipping sauce, but they forgot that too. The last time I got the chicken they skimped on the sauce quite a bittoo. I recommend they actually put the bbq sauce on the chicken next time. Read more
Normally a good experience at this Sonic, but this time it was terrible. It was busy and I feel bad but the customer service was... terrible. Ordered on app, got food in stall. The drive thru line was really long. The girl stormed off before we could check thebags. They forgot ALL of our dipping sauces. Pressed the button at 9:50pm with signs saying the stall was open until 10pm andthe girl says please use the drive thru and ends the call. Then the button was disabled. So then we had to go sit in this longdrive thru line to wait for our sauces that they forgot to put in the bag. Read more
