I had an extremely poor experience with the quality of the food. Their Baklava taste like frozen pistachio flavored cardboard.... ???? (I can?t really blame them for this coz they just use the ready made one that comes pre-packed ???????????) My order was25mins late so I had to sit and watch how exactly they prepared their food. My order was still entirely wrong. They gave meentire pack of raw pita bread (like the one you get from Walmart) instead of the Hot Bread I ordered. PS: Wondering why I gavethem 2 stars? I have come here twice for carryout because my usual place is temporarily closed. Both times I have had issues with my order.... Today, they gave my food to another customer. I understand that mistakes happen, but I ended up having to sit and wait and extra30 minutes while they recooked my food and was offered no kind of deal or discount. I feel like my time is more valuable thanthat when the mistake was not mine. The guy who picked up my order got my food, his food AND a large discount on his meal. I gotnothing except wasted time. Fantastic restaurant! Went in to a warm welcome, and every surface in the restaurant was so clean you could see your... reflection. We were served complimentary hot bread and salad with hummus and garlic sauce while we were waiting on our food,and when we ordered our platters (Taza tray for two and combo shawarma) the serving sizes were twice what I was expecting fromphotos, and we'll have leftovers for two days. All the food tasted fantastic, and the service was equally as great. Suffice tosay, I left this restaurant full and happy. Read more
