******IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES DO NOT GO HERE******* WORST TIM HORTONS EVER! They do not care about food allergies. I asked... for a plain bagel with no butter. I explained I couldn't have dairy. When I got to work there was cream cheese on it! I threw itout because it sat there all day. I went back after work and explained the situation, they were very rude and standoffish. Theysaid I needed the bagel or the receipt [Which of course the did not give to me.] I asked to speak to the manager the manger wasEVEN MORE RUDE! Talking to me like I was stupid. To the point I told her I worked at McDonald's for over 10 years and I wouldhave apologized at least and not made such a big freaking thing over this. Great service compared to what they used to be. Staff was super friendly and doughnuts were delicious. They didnt have lettuce... for my wifes sandwhich so they substituted with more bacon! WIN WIN! Read more
Worst Tom Hortons I?ve been to. The kids knew the cafe machine was not working and still served me a cafe mocha with water... filled hot chocolate. If folks can?t just say that the machine is broke and we can?t serve that then cool but don?t just serveitems just to serve them. Smh! It was kids managing kids. Read more
