10-3-22 1:30pm , I placed a drive through order for 3 grilled cheese sourdough panini combos. I asked to please make sure the... cheese is fully melted. When we opened our meals a short bit later, the cheese was not completely melted. Barely grilled. When Icalled the store to speak with the manager, and let them know about my order, the manager told me she prepared the order herselfand the cheese was melted.
