10-3-22 1:30pm , I placed a drive through order for 3 grilled cheese sourdough panini combos. I asked to please make sure the... cheese is fully melted. When we opened our meals a short bit later, the cheese was not completely melted. Barely grilled. When Icalled the store to speak with the manager, and let them know about my order, the manager told me she prepared the order herselfand the cheese was melted. She told me it was bc I waited too long to eat my meal. There was no concern for my dissatisfaction.Poor customer service. Eureka Rd. Southgate MI 2 Stars bc at least the order was correct. Read more

This location must be one step away from closing. I wouldn?t waste your time coming here. Went here today. They were out of... donuts, Tim Bits, and ham for the breakfast sandwiches. The building definitely doesn?t appear to be being kept up either. Read more

i worked at this location for 8 months. when I started things were indeed pretty bad, but management really got a grasp on what... was going on and we have really become way better staff wise. drive through can be slow, but the reason is because we aresometimes understaffed. we do our best to make our customers happy, and as for me, I put my all into the place. I loved mycoworkers and would definitely recommend this location to anyone. they treated me like family (most of the time) and highlyappreciated all the hard work I put into the store. I had to leave for other reasons not pertaining to the store and I willgreatly miss all of them. I am happy to say, this Tim Hortons is one of the best ever. thank you for everything Read more
This is my third time here, what a Pleasant Experience the staff was very friendly, cheerful, and friendly! At the time I was... there Mike from Monroe MI was making a delivery ???? drop off of supplies! WOW ???? You should see the hustle in this young mansstep and his Pleasant personality! The store is very clean, the entire staff Very Friendly! What A Great Way To Start A Morning!Oh Ya the selection and taste of their doughnuts ???? is GREAT ????!
