Due to the crowd inside and in the drive thru they decided to staff both drive thru lanes with someone outside to take your... order and payment before you got to the window to expedite things. First time dining at a chick-fil-A and saw a little of what the hype is about. We placed a mobile order for carry out but waited... more than 15 minutes before someone asked if we needed help. It turns out the order had not popped up on their system untilabout 10 minutes later. The food was decent, nothing special. I did like that there were many options to choose the type ofbread and cheeses as well as other toppings The staff were really nice though and the facility is clean, including thebathrooms, so maybe that?s where they?re different from other fast food joints. I visited the Southington,CT location today after being discharged from the hospital and while I struggle from MS and use a... walker and I got in line and the most pleasant man, Tino, came up to me and asked if I wanted to sit down and he would come takemy order for me and my family. He did just as he said he was going to do. Which is not often the case when it comes to peopleand their word. I have to say the rest of the world can take a lesson from Tino when it comes to truly caring about people andthe job they do and the difference they make in peoples lives. Thank you Tino! Read more
This is the ONLY fast casual restaurant at which I will eat. VERY impressed, and I am a tough critic. Everyone is always well... mannered, a dying trait everywhere else, and the restaurant is exceptionally clean, a rarity. The food is AMAZING, and Itypically do not eat fast food.
