I will never eat at the Southington location again. After previous visits I have said this however it is halfway between... families homes so we met there tonight. Everything was over cooked, from the Texas cheese fries app that if you stab one fry youget a pile stuck together and too hard to chew, to the molten lava cake that you couldn?t cut with a fork. There was greasedripping from the chicken quesadillas and the Cajun pasta was so dry from the heat lamp that it was a majority of the dish wasinedible. We waited for the waitress after we all had given up on eating for at least 15 min and she came walking by saying?everything still good? as if she had no idea how awful the food was that she served us. We took home at least 75% of the foodfor our dogs so the $120 bill wasn?t a total loss. Please have the Bristol staff come and teach your people how to run the placebecause they are always 5 stars wether it?s 8 people for dinner or 2 for a quick lunch. Food was better than expected. Service was good also. I ordered the $9 Lunch Special & got the quesadilla with a small salad.... Just wish the salad bowl was a little bigger so I could add the dressing, toss & cut the lettuce without it falling out of thebowl. It was enough salad, just hard to mix it with such a small bowl. My husband and I stopped for dinner and we both had chicken fajitas and chips & salsa. The chicken and veggies were sizzling... when brought to the table. We both enjoyed the meal and brought home the leftovers. The next day, we had our leftovers forlunch. Read more
Originally gave this Chilli's only 3 stars because of tired good and service. However I recently revisited on July 2022 and have... 4 stars because the food and service has improved. Our waitress was great! The food was as good as it was many years ago. I cansafely recommend again. Read more
The place wasn't very busy but did have to wait for a table so we choose the bar instead. Customer service was okay????, Food... wasnr that great I have had a lot better that's for sure. Well sitting at the bar I noticed how dirty things were. Glassesfull of dust and left over food on the counter. Sitting at the bar you tend to notice more stuff. Bristol Chili's is so muchbetter???? Will I go back to this Chili's Noway in hell.. Read more
The visit started off fine. We were quoted 20 to 25 minute wait. We were sat in under $10. The waitress came by quickly and took... our drink and app order. Drinks were brought out by a runner. She came by shortly after for the food order. So all is well untilthe food comes. My dish had a black hair in it and was sent back. No manager came to apologize, nothing was offered to be takenoff. Now I'm not expecting free food, but I would have liked for a manager to come an acknowledge what happened. After that thewaitress seemed to disappear and we were waiting around for quite awhile before she appeared to ask what we wanted for thedessert. This was the worst Chili's my husband and I have ever eaten at. The floors were dirty, and the women's bathroom wasn't the... cleanest. We were traveling through CT and stopped for lunch. I ordered chicken with a mango salsa. It came with seasoned rice,steamed broccoli and strips of avocado on the chicken. But, first, my house salad had brown and old lettuce. I pushed the badstuff to the side. The croutons were stale. Then my meal came. Look at the pictures I posted. My broccoli was moldy, brown andold. The avocado was starting to rot. I obviously sent it back. The waitress was apologetic, and it wasn't her fault, but if Iwas waitressing, I certainly would've noticed the disgusting food and wouldn't have brought it out. I replaced the broccoli withmore rice. The avocado I chucked to the side. The chicken was good. My husband's chicken fajitas were fine. We got the two for$25 deal, so it came with a dessert. We chose the skillet chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and hot fudge. The cookie, Idon't think, was fully cooked through. Whatever. We ate it. I should've had my meal comped, but it wasn't. I just know we willNEVER eat at that particular Chili's ever again. Read more
