Great staff and fresh hot coffee
I was disappointed that they didn't have the flavors of swirl I like in my coffee... The crew member helping me suggested... something else which I went with, but it didn't make up for not having what I wanted. Overall the coffee tasted fine, thereading is due to cleanliness. While there both my husband and I needed to utilize the facilities, my husband attempted to gointo the men's bathroom only for the toilet to be filled with urine and toilet paper then not flushing at all. He ended up usingthe women's bathroom and I attempted to tell the worker that the men's bathroom needed attention... He answered with, "it'sokay" I explained in more detail just how bad it was and that they may need a plumber... He responded with, "okay, thanks"butcontinued standing there talking amongst the other employees. The women's restroom could have also used some attention, but itwasn't nearly as bad as the men's. I had a simple order just a ham, egg, and cheese on a croissant. Wasn?t asked if I wanted it toasted or not. But they proceeded... to burn the sandwich and serve it to me. As this was the only thing I had time to eat for the whole day I was pretty upset. AlsoI overheard employees talking through the open window in the drive through talking about how they don?t know how to do thingsand are confused. It seems like the staff definitely needs better training at this location. Hopefully the management takes timeto properly train employees. But in the meantime I won?t be going back to this location ..some people may like their food burntbut I definitely don?t. Read more
All I can say is that today at 11AM the right crew was working. The woman at the speaker was on point and quick. At the window... the young woman was so nice and patient for me to set my card down before some usually shove you your food and drink and receiptand change all at once haha Overall it was a great morning for Dunkin? our order was perfect and tasty! Has to be the worst dunkin around. The staff is clueless. And slower then ever. Waited 20 minutes for 3 wake up wraps. Stay away... from this dunkin. I'll never be back here again. And the lady in drive through was beyond rude. Read more
The 3:20 pm shift very unorganized resulting in cars leaving out of line which i might add was only 4 cars. Instead of competing... an order they go on to other things. The wait at the window after paying was about 8 minutes. A very simple order. And thefrozen coffee was terrible. I let her know and she ignored me. Won't ever go here again Read more
Very friendly staff. I have gotten some orders missing some items but overall this is a pretty good dunkin.
