We went here at 6:00pm on a Saturday evening and there were a couple of people sitting at the bar and at two tables, so the... entire place was vacant. They refused to serve our group of 6 people because we did not have a reservation. The place wasVACANT!! There were more than 20 tables open, plus a completely vacant outdoor seating area. Last evening went to celebrate a birthday. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful as our group had special needs. Each... entrée was excellent, seasoned perfectly, with just the right touch of salt (which is an art in itself.) The ricotta appetizerwas delicious and perfect for a cold rainy day. Got the "Ideal Burger" and eveything about it was great. The truffle fries were amazing too. Inside it was a pretty noisy since... the bar area wasn't separated from the dining area. Read more
Great, dog friendly location! We sat outside due to brining a dog. They were attentive, timely, friendly, and made it a good... experience. They brought a bowl of ice water out for our dog without us needing to ask. Food and beer were delicious. Absolutelywould go again! Read more
My overall experience was good. I was most impressed with the fried pickles and peppers. The rest of my meal, was good and not... great. The service was friendly though, even though it seemed like it took a long time to get served. We were four diners and itwas an early Sunday afternoon… but somehow we were there for 90 minutes. I was so disappointed for my first time here. It was a beautiful restaurant. Very clean and decorated well. However service was... terrible. Must’ve been a new bartender. The place was basically dead. A couple tables in the restaurant and a few couples atthe bar. She was very slow at making drinks and only did one at time. She was not attentive. She didn’t write down anyonesorders so she was forgetting to ring things in. For us and for her other customers. We ordered nachos with short rib. They cameout without the short rib. When we got our meals I ordered a to go order, thinking it would be ready when we finished our meals.Again, I don’t think she rang it in because we waited an extremely long time for it. I finally asked her if the wrap wasready. Instead of telling me it was never made, she said she would go check on it. She came back and said they were justwrapping it up. Sadly, this was code for they’re just making it now. If I had known I would of told her to never mind. I hadbeen there for almost 2 hours at this point. Then we waited some more for the three chefs in the back to make it and I watchedher wrap it herself. There were three chefs in the kitchen, two waitress who stayed in the back of the restaurant, and this newbartender that clearly needed help.
