If I could give them zero stars I would. Literally the worse food and service by management. The burgers were cold, bread was... hard as a rock. When asked if it could be switched for something fresh management just stared at me and another customerswithout trying to help. The poor cook that was so nice I have to say. Was trying to help the customers while the managers juststared down at the poor cook. Lake compound need to do better. Read more
Burger and shake was excellent
This has to be the absolute slowest food service I have ever had. The entire line was complaining. The party in front of me,... myself, and party behind me waited 2 hours for our food. The kid didn't know who's food belonged to whom. He had to keep openingeach package one by one until he figured what order belonged to whom, and nobody could even move with a sense of urgency whilethey did anything. Me and the fellow customers who were part of the original line waited in the blistering sun for over 2 hoursaltogether to get some burgers, chicken tenders, and fries. It ruined my whole trip at the park. Next time I go, I'll just getpizza or hotdogs at one of the other shops. Worst wait I ever had. I didn't like it, it took about 1 hour for me to get my snack, and my 6-year-old son's was missing, then it took another 20... minutes to deliver the missing snack. if I could, I would give 0 star. Read more

We were very disappointed by this Johnny Rockets, it frankly puts the name to shame. The fries and burger were not fresh at all... and tasted like something you would get at a cafeteria. Frankly, the burger meat at McDonald?s is far superior to what we wereserved. The burger meat was very over cooked, obviously sitting around for some time and frankly hard to eat. For the premiumprices charged here, I?d expect a bit more effort to be put toward the quality and freshness of the food. We won?t be back. Read more
Good food. Hot but service was slow. Shakes super thick but did taste like strawberry
The rule about no customization unless you?re allergic to something is the most ridiculous thing I?ve ever heard. Thank goodness... my burger didn?t come with onions but I still don?t appreciate those 2 employees that gave me an attitude to go with that stupidrule. Never going back to that one Read more
