Food was thrown sloppy in bag without being covered. Food was very dry and hard to chew. Hamburgers were flat like a pancake,... didn?t even fit the bun. Hardly any ketchup, mustard, onions, & pickles. Very dry and the bun was hard like a rock. There was noflavor to the burgers and was very disgusted and disappointed. My order was quick and food was hot.
Made a mobile order, showed up for it and they said there's no record of my order number. Money drawn from my account, had to... replace my order and they made me pay for it AGAIN even though I had the proof of payment IN HAND because "I don't know what totell you, you'll have to figure it out on the app" go to the app and it tells me to talk to the store. Called 10 times and got abusy tone, waited 15 minutes for cold, double paid for food. ZERO OUT OF TEN DO NOT RECCOMEND, thanks for having the worsecustomer service alive. Read more
Service was rather slow. Placed an order for in store eating via the app, but from the time I clicked that I was there until the... order was ready was 9 minutes. Super small order, just some nuggets, small fry, and a soda. Store seemed unorganized. Frytimers were going off for minutes at a time without being handled. I ordered at the drive up window. It was good, except they forgot to give me a straw for juice. So I had to park the car, and... run inside for a straw. But the food was good. Read more
Stopped to grab my wife's request. Line took longer than expected. Double checked order before leaving the window and all items... were there. Wife opened the sandwich and it was reverse of here request. She always gets extra, extra pickles and no onions. Itwas literally an entire onion and not a pickle in sight. Fries were good. Read more
Usually very busy, at least when I go it is. Usually missing at least one or more items from my order. They also need to train... their employees or at least the managers more about the app and ordering process etc. Read more
