Is this a chain or is it not? All the CT references inside make it seem like its a CT-centric business. hmm. They have decent... burgers; prices roughly the same as other 'upscale' burger joints like 5-guys & slightly less than 'gourmet' burger joints likePlanB or Max's. The side portions were a bit small, but the smashtots were tasty. I guess they offer a 'Smashpass' that enablesfrequent flyers to get 100 entrees in a 100 days for $100..or 50 in 50.. something like that. I don't know if that was a limitedpromotion but, if you are very local and crave fast-ish food it seems like a good deal. The menu includes Chicken & veggieoptions, so if you do the Smashpass, it isn't necessarily always need be beef-related. Good service & clean. Read more
Smashburger specializes in made-to-order, fresh burgers. This location features a convenient parking lot, modern seating, clean... tables, and friendly staff. The burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fries were excellent. Staff members bring your order to yourtable. They got many bad reviews but it is not that bad, their Turkey burger it's good. They should make this restaurant like a casual... dine in, if I want to go to a counter to order, there is many MacDonald, so they are doing bad just because they should havewaiters and table server. Read more
1st time in and the young lady at the counter looked at us and walked off. We weren?t greeted until approximately 5 minutes... after we walked in. It was around 9pm and she appeared to be ready to go home or something. Not the experience that my wife andI were expecting. Read more
